Andrew J. Scott III is President of AJS Consulting Inc. in Boca Raton, FL; Vice President & Principal of Scott Roberts and Associates LLC in West Palm Beach, FL; and former Chief of Police from Boca Raton, FL. He has over 30 years experience in police and law enforcement. Mr. Scott is widely recognized as an expert in police policy and procedures, police accreditation, evidence storage and security training. Mr. Scott holds a Master’s degree and is a full time instructor for Capella University in public safety. Mr. Scott is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and serves on their forensic committee.

William B. "Bill" Berger has been the Chief of Police for the Palm Bay Police Department since 2004. He has been involved in law enforcement since 1974 and has also served as Chief of Police for the North Miami Beach Police Department. Chief Berger is a past president of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, is a frequent lecturer for police matters and is a nationally known for his innovative and 'get results' style of leadership.

Robert Buchholz is President & Principal of Scott Roberts and Associates, LLC in West Palm Beach, FL. With over 30 years experience in law enforcement, his positions have ranged from New York State Police Trooper to State Police Captain to Albany County Undersheriff where he had operational and administrative control of Departmental functions including the 1,000 bed Albany County Correctional Facility, Road Patrol Courthouse Security, and other duties. Mr. Buchholz has worked closely with the Brazilian military Police where he maintains both professional and personal relationships. Mr. Buchholz holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and is a full time instructor for Capella University in public safety.

John J. Sullivan, Jr., Ph.D. is President & Chief Executive Officer of Sullivan & Associates Consulting LLC in Delray Beach, FL. His 40-year law enforcement career has included work at the Olathe (KS) Police Department, U.S. Customs Service and Lynn University. Dr. Sullivan has lectured at many law enforcement seminars and is on the staff of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department as a subject matter expert. Dr. Sullivan holds a Doctoral Degree and is the faculty chair for public safety for Capella University. He is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.

Dr. Linsey Craig Willis, SPHR, is president of L.J. Craig & Associates, Inc., a management and organizational consulting firm. Dr. Craig specializes in the design and delivery of “People Management Systems” including employee training, the design and administration of assessment centers, structured-behavioral interviews, written exams, organizational development, performance management systems, and job analysis. She has served as an expert witness in matters relating to sexual harassment, hostile work environments, negligent hiring or retention, discrimination (pay, race, age), and ADA matters. Other areas of expertise include sexual harassment, hostile work environment, negligent hiring, negligent retention, pay discrimination (i.e., violation of the EPA), on-the-job training, race discrimination, age discrimination, testing and assessment, the ADA (hiring and accommodation) retaliation, gender discrimination, and pregnancy discrimination. She teaches a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses at Florida Atlantic University.
